Question Where do we go from here?

Will we win the North? Do we even have a shot at it anymore?

Will we make a bowl? Which one?

Are we still going to pack the jack the rest of the year?

Will we compete with the Sooners?

Will we make a coaching change?

So many questions. Here is your place to discuss them. I look for us to make a bowl game, but not much else. This season is looking like last year, only without an Iowa win. We seem to always start slow in the Big XII. Why is that? And, do we have the power to bounce back like we have the last two years, and put ourselves in position to win the north? One things for sure, Mizzou has to lose, and we have to start winning. I look for us to struggle the next two weeks, but have a strong end to the season, as it is do or die for us.

Re: Where do we go from here?

I hate to say it, but the writing is on the wall that the team is not good for whatever reason. The way we have played we are very lucky to be 3-3. Very easily could (probably should be) 2-4 or worse.

I hope I am wrong, but I see us winning 2 games more at maximum. I have the suspicion that what wheels were on the bus have come off.

Maybe the team will rally and prove me wrong.

Re: Where do we go from here?

No North title this year. We'd have to win out to get it this year, not going to happen.

No bowl game this year. 5-7 will be our final record. Games against CU and KSU look winnable, but that's it.

Cotton is likely gone at the end of the year. And our offense will be back to square 1 after all these seniors urinate their final collegiate season down their legs.

    1. No north title. We are looking at fighting Kansas for 3rd.
    2. No bowl. If we do go on a streak we will end up at Independence or insight bowl.
    3. If we get pasted by Oklahoma, then Texas tech will be about 42,000 ish. If we lose to Tech then the season is over.

    4. Don't think we compete.

    5. No change.

We may not be happy with the results to date, and the rest of the season looks bleak, but trust in Pollard: I am sure he is making a lot of notes and analysis of things to date to address at a later date.
Hope for some wins, enough to get to a bowl, still cheer, be a Cyclone.

    1. No
    2. No
    3. Probably not, but people don't like to waste season tickets.
    4. Nope
    5. Most likely not, unfortunately. Assistant coaches tend to stay until the head coach is gone, simply because the head coach doesn't make a change (loyalties, etc.). Since I haven't a clue what will happen to Mac, if anything, I'm calling for nothing to happen.
