Anybody use BUY.com? (Flat panel TVs)

Looking at TVs and was curious about the reliability/quality of Buy.com. They have the same TV that we are looking at for $500 cheaper than the stores we were looking for TVs at. I would appreciate any input on this or TV buying sources in general. Thanks!

Check Tigerdirect.com out. I bought a t.v. through them recently and had a good experience.

Yes. That is where I got mine about 1 year ago, for the same reasons you stated.

I got my TV for $899, at Best Buy I think it was $2299.

buy.com is great unless you have problems, then good luck. They outsource all CS to people that speak no english. I cannot stand them.

No problem with my orders. They have a good record.

All warranty is through the mfr. Thats the one risk you run with using buy.com

Re: Anybody use BUY.com? (Flat panel TVs)

I've bought plenty of things from Buy.com but they were probably all $50 or less. I never had any problems with them, but I thought I read something on slickdeals about how buy.com isn't as good as they used to be...but then again, maybe I'm just making that up
