    I was thinking Steinbrenner - it's just that MLB doesn't have a cap!!!

    Tennessee needs to use that money and help out Young. The pieces are in place for them, just need to add some WRs and secondary help.

    Hopefully the Bears use theirs to get Briggs signed to a long term deal. I think he's key. And it's great that they have all BUT one guy (I'm pretty sure it's Briggs), signed...so they can maybe help the offense too with that money, and then use the remains on their draft picks.
