    SNF

I already miss it. Yeah the playoffs are here... but those games on Sunday Night were great matchups and IMO, good TV for Sunday.

When the whole SNF deal was announced I wasn't sure what to make of it, but in the end you are absolutely right. They did have some great matchups and the Football Night in America show wasn't too bad either.

My favorite part was watching Al Roker do the promo's on the Today show...

Enjoyed it also...the player's room was pretty decent.

    Re: SNF

SNF had better games than MNF.

    Re: SNF

I think the NFL realized that while ESPN got to have the MNF name, the games were never nearly as good as they used to be when they were on ABC. Plus, when SNF started getting the Flex Games down the stretch, they were always good.

Unless the Packers were playing, I hardly watched MNF this year. I just can't stand the tandem of Tirico, Cornholer and Jawarski. They were gawd awful. Their 4th quarter 'celebrity' interviews were boring and when the games got out of hand, and they usually did, their abilities to fill the time with mindless, ridiculous chatter was second to none. (/sarcasm)

Give me the Football Night in America guys any day. It was well produced, well done programming.

At least this now means Soundoff (with ANDY!) now starts earlier so I can watch it and not be a zombie at work the next day.
