    Fremont Bergan improves to 10-0

The game can only be called an old fashion mugging. The final score 77-28. For those that have complained about Wes taking 25 shots a game can relax, he only took 18 shoots tonight, but he made 13, 72%. Wes only played 23 minutes and scored 37 points tonight, he is scoring over a point a minute of playing time for the year. His line tonight was 6-6 from the free throw line, 8-11 for 2's, 1 a dunk which he got a techincal foul for hanging on the rim, and 5-7 for 3's. He also had 4 assists, lost 4 assist when the players were fouled under the basket, 5 steals, 3 blocks and 5 rebounds, all statistics are unofficial. Please do not turn this into a small school, no competition bashing thread. Wes will only face one other D-1 recruit all year, on Feb 2nd he will match up against Jesse Carr in Grand Island. Wes and Jesse are the only D-1 recruits in NE, who do not play in the Class A schools of Omaha.

Great job Wes. Can't wait to see him in a Cyclone uniform.

I'm from a small town. Never have I seen the kind of rapings that Wes's team is laying on these guys. Poor competition or no, these are serious beatings his team is laying down. Be fun to see him in Hilton.

Wes E. threw it down?!? Maybe he wants to take Rahshon's place as "the human highlight film".

Nice to see hes such a good athlete on top of being a great shooter. He is probably the prototypical player that McD wants in his system.

The opponent in this game, like almost everyone on Bergan's schedule, was once again from a larger school division. Wes and his team are having a special season.
