    Re: Ryder Cup Captain's Picks

The group shot of wives at the President's Cup looked like the jiggly blonde convention had hit town.

    Re: Ryder Cup Captain's Picks

He won't do it but Tommy needs to tell Tiger to enter a European Tour event sometime in the next three weeks.

Currently, I think he picks him for sure unless Tiger says he can't go.

I think....er...Know you are right on bro. With a Tigerless tv ryder cup and an expected European blow out, NBC and the pga of America will insist that tiger be on the team.....

Mr Eldrick T Woods needs to think about getting healthy and forget about golf for the rest of this year....besides he has only been on one winning ryder cup team.

Quoting the pga of America..."What do we have to do to get the cup back"......Good Luck You are gonna need it.

    Re: Ryder Cup Captain's Picks

Right now IMO Tiger is not fit to play in the cup. If he rests for the next few weeks he might be ready but IMO he only helps the TV ratings.

Yeah, Bubba's wife doesn't approach attractive. If this is what we are doing you have to take Webb don't you?

My guess at the last three is Bradley, Webb Simpson, and Tiger.

Has Stricker played well at Ryder Cups, or is that just his rep? He doesn't have a great record, but it could easily be tough matchups or bad partners.

He was one of the guys who choked hard in 12. Good move here by Tiger. Watson doesn't have to face any sort of criticism now.

    Re: Ryder Cup Captain's Picks

I don't want Stricker anywhere near the Ryder Cup team last year. After the meltdown in 2012, he basically said it't too much pressure for him. No thanks. Just think about what he'll be facing in Europe.

    Re: Ryder Cup Captain's Picks

I just watched the replay of 12, you could see it in Stricker's face.
He would have preferred to be somewhere else.
As in, thinking to himself, "Is it bad form to WD on hole 17 of the most important match"?
