    That is curious.

Are there any commits to either Iowa or ISU that had an offer from the other?

Im not sure there are and this is a very strange year. Not sure if we've seen anything like this.

IMO, it came down as to assessment of talent and how that talent fit into their system. Also the likelihood of expending resources and efforts along with the likelihood of getting a commit from each player. IMO, all of the commits to each school are pretty good recruits. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Nice to see this many Iowa players getting offers.

iirc someone brought up this very point recently and it hasn't happened in recent memory (since advent of internet recruiting sites).

On a serious note has anyone seen this kid play, what's his motor like, strong dominant kid in games etc?

I watched a couple minutes of highlights. He looks like he could have a bit of an aggressive streak at times. There were a few times that he really attacked a defender.

Wasn't particularly athletic but seemed to give good effort. Probably a good project.

Sounds like there will be another commitment coming soon from James Bailey, S, from Texas. On mobile so I can't link.

I suppose we may as well just go ahead and get commitments from all of the top kids at camp last night.

I would not complain if Paul and Kirk cooperated in recruiting. We are both at a disadvantage compared to SEC and the perennial top 5 schools.

Pretty sure that Good-Jones has family in Oregon. But OSU also has someone keeping an eye on Iowa talent.

I'm guessing that happens just about never.
