    What's wrong with this picture?

This shows how much the national media really cares and knows about college football in Iowa!

I think they are just reaffirming that this really is a Cyclone State

Ha. This usually happens the other way around. I usually see the Iowa State Hawkeyes.

Someone should post that link out on a Hawkeye board.. I'm sure that would get them all whipped up.

I'll take the #14 ranking and the matchup against Illinois over Texas and no-respect.

Re: What's wrong with this picture?

    IS this true??

Texas has never lost to the Cyclones (5-0). And the Longhorns have won a school record 15 consecutive conference games -- dating back to an October 2004 loss to Oklahoma.

Did we really win 15 consecutive conference games?

Me too! It's good to see it our way for once.

If by we you mean Texas, then that's right. They only lost one game in 2004 (Oklahoma) and went undefeated last year. If they count the conference championship, they won 9 games in a row last year, and 6 in 2004. I can't remember if they played anyone in conference before OU in 2004 or not.
