    Love spicy food. And yea, when out at restaurants I normally order something spicy because my wife doesn't care for much heat at all.

    For me, it doesn't get much better than some red curry chicken from a Thai restaurant.

    I dry peppers from my garden and then crush them to sprinkle on everything. Cayenne is my staple but super chilis and jwala fingers are very good too. I did this with habaneros but it is more of a weapon then an ingredient. Starts numb which isnt bad but then it just hammers my mouth. I've got a big mason jar of it if anybody wants it.

    Never been a big fan of habanero, more heat than flavor. I like jalapenos because its a good balance. One good flavor to toss into recipes or blend into a salsa is chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Good lord is that smokey and spicy. Its fantastic.
