I wear biking shorts that are baggy, more like gym shorts. They are not revealing at all.

Let's just ban fat people altogether. They're unsightly no matter what clothes they're wearing.

That's so much better than the bulge-revealing ones. Good on you!

Its entertaining how quickly some judge others .... Bikers, in their shorts are out enjoying life and not hurting a single person (according to these 'complaints'). what these complaints really are is an issue with the observer... its an internal issue they have and need to adjust or work on to resolve their personal issue.

If that's a 'personal issue', me not wanting to see your junk is a personal issue that I will not ever work to resolve.

el Bait Shop is a restaurant with a full menu. Anyone under the age of 21 is not allowed after 10pm which is when the kitchen closes.

That's a compliment to him. I think they have to use dog trainers on set just to get him somewhat filmable.

He's got the dumb face, kind of like the Manning brothers and Spud from Trainspotting.

    Re: Kids in a bar/Thoughts

515 really isn't a "bar" per se if you were to look at IA Code. They are a brewery the has an on premises tap room. Very different than a bar that sells beer and high alcohol spirits purchased from a distributer. That being said, during the early summer of 2013, 515 use to have a food vendor set up on the west side of the building on Friday nights. We, along with others use to take our kids earlier along with some chairs and enjoy the burgers, fries and a few beers (root for the kids). Then Clive put an end to that. 515 was very open to letting people bring food in from outside places to enjoy with their beer. We would from time to time bring in carry out with our kids and enjoy a beer or two. Others would do the same and even play board games. Again, most of this takes place well before dark and its not a place where people are getting slammed on high % drinks. Its just not that type of place. No we go to Confluence because DSM hasn't spoiled the fun yet.

I don't even bike and I wear biking shorts just so the ladies see the 12 gauge I've got to register as a deadly weapon.

I think he's got the dumb face because he IS dumb. I give him credit for using what he's got, but a brain isn't in his arsenal.

    Re: Kids in a bar/Thoughts

I'm thinking the people that rip on bike attire haven't ridden very much. I always used to think the same way, and then I started biking. They're pretty god damn comfortable and make the experience a lot more enjoyable. You can buy shorts that prevent the genitalia from being prominently displayed. Granted, there are a lot of fairly hefty bikers that don't ride all that far/much and like making it look like they're into it, but if you're riding more than 20 miles in a sitting on a regular basis, you want bike gear.

In 1984, I was hospitalized for approaching perfection.
