Even if it costs us more money you are increasing the value of the season ticket by giving fans a good weather home game to tailgate and have fun at.
JP plans on charging more for the season ticket while only giving us fans 6 games. When you factor in the late season November games being changed to Night along with Saturday games changed to Thursday, it is the Cyclone fans who get hosed in the process.

IMO, if you want to charge more money for season tickets then give 7 games EVERY year and stay away from the Thursday games and the Night games in late November. We are on track to get the worst of all worlds. Eating games on season tickets is not a fun deal.

Having a winning football program is worth more than paying theSe crappy teams to come play.

Eliminating 50% of the cheapest seats (the hills are all many can afford) while taking ******* road trips to Akron, SJSt, Toledo, and Ark St is crazy you can't act like a big time P5 school and schedule games like that and its clear plans are in the works to make attending games far more expensive. The bad "seats" at ISU aren't that cheap and you have to be in the last 2 sections to avoid a huge donation and the new south endzone stand isn't going to be cheaper than those seats. Where are all these rich fans going to come from? Would Kansas State EVER go to San Jose St to play a return game?

If you are stuck playing a road game give it to a truly terrible school like New Mex State or Idaho. (No complaints about giving UNLV a game out there.)

Not even a big time P5 school. I don't think any P5 school at all should be doing multiple home and home series with teams in the MAC and Sun Belt, can't believe it's not at least a 2-1 series.
