Take it as a sign that you should no longer eat McDonald's chicken nuggets. Do a google search on McDonald's chicken nuggets ingredients and you will want to vomit.

If we succeed in getting this guy to give up McDonald's nuggets do we get to post that in the "Hero?" thread as having saved his life ?

My nuggets last night were tastey. Might have to get some more tonight after I am done racing.

Id you looking at the nutritional info, the nuggets are actually one of the better things on the menu for you outside of sodium content but everything has high sodium these days.

So I'd be a fool to NOT eat a 40 piece McNugget meal tonight is what you're saying.

Yes. Go with the Diet Coke, though. Instant equalizer.

Probably would keep it to 12 or under and maybe throw in a side salad with it.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/1...n_4153520.html Here's my favorite part: "Among the ingredient lists we scoured were dimethylpolysiloxane, an anti-foaming agent also used in Silly Putty and propylene glycol, a chemical found in antifreeze. While Katz explains that both additives (as well as others) are classified as "generally recognized as safe" by the FDA, he says this doesn't mean they're "safe," just that they haven't been proven "unsafe." well sorry to disappoint you but I am no where near 600 lbs. 6'1" 205 lbs with a fit/athletic body. I don't believe in wasting my time worrying about nutritional information I will eat/drink whatever I am in the mood for.
