    3 bowl games in the previous 4 seasons, all the upsets, record ticket sales, facilities upgrades. I think his job is safe for awhile. Obviously improvement is needed, but the coaching hires he made this offseason bought him were a great step up. Plus that whole buyout thing is always tricky.
