Yes but watch out for people who look like Moby.

In all seriousness, I like a lot of people grew up idolizing Hoiberg. It was a dream hire for me. Happy and excited immediately, but did I also have a fear of what if it didn't work... sure.
My issue was not so much, how could you fire a legend. That would have worked itself out quickly had he not had success. My fear was more concern for Hoiberg. I wanted him to succeed so badly, but there was worry that perhaps this was not the right timing. That he wasn't ready yet.
My fears were somewhat resolved though when the hire was praised by so many NBA people on national radio. I figured they must have some idea of his abilities, perhaps more than people covering the college game at the time. Then when he hired his staff, I felt even more confident that it would work out well.

The highs of the Hoiberg era are numerous so far. After reviewing Fred’s “first 4-year term,” I realized something that may be lost in the shuffle: His teams have had few “bad losses,” and that includes his first season, when ISU endured that long, occasionally frustrating losing streak.

Despite having no flawless seasons at Hilton, almost every home-court loss has come vs. legit opponents, and most of the losses regardless of venue were teams with a pulse.

    (Please correct any inaccuracies).

Most-recent home loss vs. non-NCAA Tournament team: UNI, Nov. 30, 2011
Most-recent home loss vs. sub-NIT team: Oklahoma, Jan. 29, 2011

Losses vs. non-NCAA Tournament teams, years 2-3-4:
    2013-14: at West Virginia
2012-13: at Iowa, at Texas Tech
    2011-12: at Drake, Northern Iowa
Losses vs. teams that did not reach at least NIT, years 2-3-4:
    2013-14: None
