    Yeah, there's been a couple of things that never got explained or finished. Why did Malvo just leave Duluth without getting the "ransom" money? He just willingly gave up without trying to find out what happened?

    It actually is a thing that during heavy conditions, fishand similar creatures have been known to be pulled out of their habitat.
