Agree completely. The SNL women are the reason to watch and they have been for years now. The last bunch was fantastic but the newer bunch may be even better. Throw in Nasim Pedrad too.

Ha, she does the obnoxious Kardashian voice so well I almost dislike her for it.

    Long interview, but worth it.

This. Stewart said it, too. Colbert's got gears he's never shown off before. I'm stoked with this hire. Colbert and Stewart were easily my top two choices; Stewart's body of work to date is easier to relate to Late Show-style hosting, but I don't think CBS could have gone wrong either way.

Re: Stephen Colbert to take over for David Letterman

Interesting move. I guess it makes sense. I would assume Kimmel has some type of non-compete in his contract. Would have loved to see him go to head-to-head with Fallon with the backing of a major network and some sort of lead-in audience.

Colbert brings something new. Many viewers know him but haven't watched his show. And his show will be new anyway. I will probably watch to see what it is like.

He'll be great, Stephen isn't political I don't think, his character and his show are but that's different.

Too bad John Oliver left daily show for HBO. He would have been a great replacement for Colbert on comedy central.

Re: Stephen Colbert to take over for David Letterman

This is good news. I won't run the risk of accidentally seeing him and then immediately changing the channel when I put on comedy central.
