Agree with you. I will say though that if Jerry Meyer predicts Diallo to ISU, there's a very very good chance Diallo will go to ISU. Until then it's a waiting game.

Where does Jerry Meyer project him to go?

huh? I thought ISU and Kansas were rumored to be his top 2 with Kentucky 3rd

We are not in the lead. We are one of 4 teams he likes more than others. Ku, uk, st. Johns, and us.

Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.

Jerry Meyer is clueless. He constantly switches his projections. When the news leaks he'll switch to whoever seems to be the favorite. If it's within a week or even a few days before then he might have some inside info, but until then he's just guessing.

    Re: Cheick Diallo

Diamond Stone, a top 10 big with a top one name, trimmed his list yesterday to Wisconsin, Connecticut, Duke, Maryland, and Oklahoma State.

Both Kansas and Kentucky were previously in pursuit of Stone. Each still has many irons in the fire, and it's hard to get a firm grasp on these kinds of things, but if I had to guess, I would assume Diallo is Self's #1 priority for 2015 at this point in time.

Diallo and Zimmerman are both going to be getting Self's full attention to replace Alexander.

God damn it would be awesome to snag Diallo after Bill put a full court press in recruitment on him.

Disagree with you. The recruits I've followed that have Illinois or Iowa State down he's normally been right. Case in point he picked Cliff Alexander for Kansas when the talk leading up to it was he was a silent verbal to Illinois. He's not 100% correct but he's about as good of an insider as there is in college basketball. Recruiting wise anyways.
