    So they have 3 elite PFs and only two are visiting including Diallo? Yes I think Bragg is important if two of his top 3 are Kansas and Kentucky

    Yes because all of that would be more important to a basketball recruit than a game in hilton. Including watching the football team get owned.

    Sure it could (in general).

    For a top recruit a game at Hilton, although a positive experience, is not really going to stand out or be beyond the norm. And that is assuming it is a big-time game, not your normal November or December snooze-fest, otherwise Hilton may not compare favorably to AF or Rupp. Plus, many of them likely have already been to a game at Hilton.

    An 18 year-old that has already been to dozens of great basketball games, having a full weekend to bond with Fred while experiencing an atmosphere a lot of basketball schools cannot offer may stand out. And the campus does look nicer when it is summer/early fall instead of winter, for many reasons.

    Didn't say a thing about "more important", just don't think it's some huge difference maker.
    He knows about Hilton and being an elite BB recruit could probably care less about football or the result.

    It's not about the game itself. It's more about the atmosphere, and bonding with future teammates/coaches.

    I am not expecting to get any particular recruit, the odds are never good, but there has been nothing public suggesting it is time to move on. If anything the opposite, if anything.
