I have a hard time getting excited about this kid. I think there is a very slim chance ISU gets him.

McKay and Diallo run the floor like gazelle finishing at the rim. When you get in the halfcourt run the offense through your senior All-American Georges Niang.Diallo would be a program changer.
It would be like Baylor with a competent coach.

You do realize that one of the reasons for anyone coming here, to play for Fred Hoiberg, is so they can develop a better outside game, right?

Well given he wants to set dates by next week, you probably would not see any dates set up yet..

@AdamZagoria: Duke has also been calling on 2015 @cheick_diallo13 but no visit is set, source confirms. Rivals reported the Duke interest.

Yeah if there is one thing Hoiball is it is very restrictive to one playing style..... I'm sure there is nothing Hoiberg could think of doing with two elite shotblocking extremely athletic highly heralded recruits.

    Re: Cheick Diallo

Maybe it's because I've had a few too many but I don't really care where he goes. I hope he chooses ISU but if he doesn't ISU will recruit rag tag kids and Fred will mold them and well still beat or go further when it matters than these schools that get 5* recruits. That's the beautiful thing about hoiball. We can beat the best with supposed lesser athletes. I hope Fred beats that into these kids heads, blue bloods passed our guys up because they didn't think they're good enough yet well make it further.
