I'm sure if we did get him next year, Hoiberg would figure out a rotation. Heck, put Niang at the 3, play big. Mckay and Diallo at 4/5 hybrid spots.

That's a pretty cool photoshop. One tweak I would make is give him a red arm sleeve.

I don't think we have to worry about him taking many of those long 2 point shots that Fred dislikes!

I just didn't think it would be appropriate for me to say that recent history suggests having him visit during a KU @Hilton game would only convince him that Kansas is the right program to choose if he wants to win games. So I resisted the urge to say it.

I can't find it, but remember that time Jeff Withey got away with his 5th foul when the refs called one on Kevin Young and Kevin Young was 10 feet away from the play?

    Or this?

My point: Kansas fans should never bring up "winning" in Hilton, when recent history doesn't just suggest Kansas beats Iowa State in Hilton, but it suggests they do it with 3 extra men on the court.

And then this one time... good grief folks, lighten up. We're all joking around here. I don't care where Diallo goes or when he visits where. Thicken up that skin, boys.

Geez, people, how hard is it? If you think a poster is a troll, don't respond to, quote, or refer to said poster in any way. If you interact with him(her?) in any way you can't complain about him being on here.

2015 is important. It would be nice to have some young guys get a year under their belt before 2016. If the 2015 class doesn't pan out that great Fred will adjust and it will be fine.

    Re: Cheick Diallo

This lineup would be a mismatch nightmare. Both Mckay and Diallo are more than athletic enough to defend a 3/small forward. On the contrary how many opponents have the size to defend Niang, Diallo & McKay? Not many. I envision Morris and Cooke being the guards in that lineup. Clear the board and run with Morris & Cooke. McKay and Diallo run the floor like gazelle finishing at the rim. When you get in the halfcourt run the offense through your senior All-American Georges Niang.Diallo would be a program changer.

    Re: Cheick Diallo

Not to mention we've gone years without having a rim protector. To have two erasers on the court (McKay & Diallo) at the same time would be unreal. Swat city ending in alley-oops on the other end.
