    Would be eligible right away
    NEWS UPDATE
Dejean-Jones will not return to UNLV next season, CBS Sports reports.
    ROTOWIRE FANTASY ANALYSIS
UNLV's leading scorer will graduate in the summer, so he will have the opportunity to play immediately if he decides to transfer to another team. Dejean-Jones could also chose to play professionally somewhere overseas, rather than chose another college team to play for. If he does chose to stay in college, Dejean-Jones will be among the most talented transfers, though some behavioral issues may limit his potential market.

There is never a day off in college basketball, from the season to transfers to high school AAU until back into the season.

I was just about to post this. Twitter usually notifies me of who ISU players start following. It is usually the guys we are after next recruiting wise. Anthony Lee and Marvin Clark where the last 2 I got notified about.

SDW and Custer also haven't done anything yet at the college level...

Lots of unknowns in this equation...but I applaud your enthusiasm...

All true. We could be average or below next year. We could also have the best team we've ever had. I like the chances of the latter if we land Jones. Heck, we could be that good without Jones.

So you have it narrowed down to anywhere between average to below average or to the best of all time. Recue the facepalm gif's please.

IIRC, we have Georges Niang, a guy who flourishes in these moments. So, I would say we can justify our predictions a little more. Naz Long will continue to work his butt off, along with Morris too. My guess is Hogue won't lose his energy and will be a huge asset next year.
We can justify our predictions more because Iowa has won exactly 1 NCAA Tournament game since 2000. Since 2000 Iowa State has won 8 NCAA Tournament games been to a Sweet 16 and an Elite 8. The Cyclones track record is by far superior to that of Iowa.

I think he's referring to this phenomenon: UCONN in NYC, tOSU in Dayton, Kentucky in Louisville, UNC in Charlotte, and MSU in Detroit.

What do these game all have in common?

If we have the current roster we have as of today, and we get Jones, I'll say it right now. WE WILL BE BETTER NEXT YEAR!!!! POSSIBLY THE BEST TEAM WE"VE EVER HAD!!!

Is that good enough for you?

I don't have to be a doubter or doom and gloomer, and I don't have to wait until November. "oh, we don't know yet, let's just put the kool aid down and wait until our exhibition game. We suck, and can't possibly top the Sweet 16. We're Iowa State. Booh hooooh. "

Maybe the face palm should be for you?
