We played 3 ranked teams in Oklahoma, Baylor and OK State. That said I still argue our schedule was tougher overall, partly because we played them in the noncon and didn't play a bowl game. I just don't think you presented accurate data.

What is the overall point? Easier schedules = more wins? That's a no brainer. The issue I have is that I'm not sure how many more. Talk of 6 wins with iowa's schedule seems rather optimistic.
Quit using "we" when talking about they cyclones, I am just shocked that you'd be arguing with a cyclone fan and defending the hoks. Now log in as 1 of your multiple alter ego's and start agreeing with yourself. Guessing you've made a few new ones in the last couple weeks.

    I'm glad you asked! http://espn.go.com/college-football/.../iowa-hawkeyes

LSU was a bowl game and my analysis only covers the regular season games, for obvious reasons.

    My data is accurate.

I don't see any rankings there. Might be because I'm on mobile. At any rate, I used the final USA Today rankings which are easy to find. In the regular season they played Michigan State, Ohio State, Wisconsin and Nebraska. There is no way they only played 2 ranked teams all year.

Because when I searched for football rankings that's what came up? Certainly there are no respectable rankings that didn't have at least 3 of those teams ranked.

Just don't see many people using the Grad Assistants poll in an argument... bold strategy Cotton.

Quit using "they" when referring to the hawks, that is when you us "we". I just get so confused how you keep wording your posts wrong.

As opposed to the SEC media poll? Fine. Still more than two ranked teams. How about the BCS rankings? Same. It doesn't change my point. What is your point?

I am actually not sure of what your point is. I read as far as "I used the final USA Today rankings", stopped reading, thought "this guy is ******* stupid," and posted my response.

Defending Hoks schedule? Defending the Big 10? Huh, who would of thought you'd argue with a Cyclone fan over something like that?

Oh. No wonder you suck at having a discussion. It makes sense now.

LOL, you are relentless in defending the hoks and arguing with Cyclone fans.

There is no argument here that I'm aware of. Someone said they only played two ranked teams. I think that is incorrect. I believe they played 3-5 depending on the rankings and whether you count the bowl. I don't think one has to post/believe false information to be a Cyclone fan but I have read a lot of really stupid rules for fandom on here so perhaps that's another.

I am still laughing that you think anyone should take you seriously when you had to "search" for Football rankings.

How many times did you type "goggle.com" into your Internet Explorer browser before you realized it was actually Google? My guess? 6.
