I don't think we get Grandstaff. I think he opened up his recruitment to move up the food chain to a blue blood.

Re: Diallo, Davis, Granstaff, Ellenson, Johnson, Wilridge, Illikainen, Ryan

I don't know why, but I do not feel confident about any of our 2015 targets so far.

These are my complete guesses of where some of the recruits go.

Diallo stays on the East Coast.
    Davis goes to Mighigan State
    Grandstaff goes to Duke
Ellenson goes to Wisconsin or MN
    Johnson goes to MN
Illikainen either goes to MN or ISU
No idea on Wilridge or Ryan

Hope I am wrong and we are able to land some big recruits. Just don't have any good feelings on some of the recruits.

I think his dad wants him to go to a blueblood more than he does. That guy just seems like a huge publicity tool

Tweeted about talking with UNC and I thought Duke was interested as well. I agree with you; once he picks up an elite offer I think we are probably out.

Grandstaff's main recruiter was TJ. It probably hurt our chances when he left. I'm not saying it completely eliminated our chances but it definitely hurt.

Ellenson and Illikainen would be awesome gets. Eric Davis would be awesome as well but it seems pretty much guaranteed that he stays in Michigan.

I really hope 2015 doesn't turn into 2014. This was a very rough recruiting year losing Abu, Vaughn, and Cunningham (there's probably one or two more I'm missing). For some reason, I feel this will be a similar year to 2014. Has Grandstaff given any info on where he is looking into? I just hope we catch a break in this upcoming class and get a top notch guy.

I think it's nice we're even in the running for this top tier talent. It hasn't been that way prior to CFH. I bet you'd also be surprised at how many of these types of recruits we "miss" out on on an annual basis.

Re: Diallo, Davis, Granstaff, Ellenson, Johnson, Wilridge, Illikainen, Ryan

The fact that Custer and Grandstaff are friends may help us out a bit. Outside of obviously Diallo and Grandstaff, Ellenson and Johnson are the 2 guys I want the most in that class that I think we have a realistic shot at. Johnson because his sister is here, and Ellenson because he is basically a taller Georges. I don't see how Ellenson could see what Fred has done with Georges and not salivate.

If we fill this year's class with 2 non-seniors, it looks like we'll have 3 scholarships for 2015 if nobody transfers.

A.J. Turner is really long with a smooth shot and good handle for his size. We appear to be the biggest program who has offered him, so we should be one of the favorites. I think he could be a real sleeper at his size and probably the prospect most likely to commit right now in the 2015 class. Hopefully he wants to be a Cyclone

Well, there you have it. We've given up on next year already. Might as well close up the thread boys.

I really like AJ turner and I think they have a really good chance I landing him. Tyler Williams is kind if an under the radar guy but I see he is now a four star in ESPN.
