Home losses to KU will be pretty common so that should even out. Somebody will get them, probably.

Right. It still probably that they will lose ~3 games.

    Why not tomorrow?

KU's wins at OU and ISU definitely put them well ahead of the pack. I'm hoping for a shocker tomorrow to make things more interesting.

Re: Big XII standings using the +/- method

OU's road wins are Baylor, Texas, and Texas Tech, so they have us by one there. They lost at K-State though, so if we beat OU at Hilton and are able to take BU and KSU on the road, we are back on track with them.

Texas has won at Baylor and WVU, and Okie State has also won at WVU. Both of those games are winnable for us on the road.

If we can beat the middling teams of the conference on the road, like BU, KSU, and WVU (and TCU of course), and hold serve at Hilton - even if we drop games @ KU and @ OSU we have a solid shot at finishing 2nd in the conference.

The only formula to beat KU is to make your open look when you get them, hope they miss shots, and Embiid gets foul trouble.

ISU will end the season with a +3 or 4. Book it.

Re: Big XII standings using the +/- method

Our schedule is front loaded. Last nine will be much easier than first nine. We'll trade two games against KU and OU for two against TCU And WVU. We have 4 homes games in the first 9, 5 in the last 9.

If we can beat OU at home and steal one on the road against KU or OSU we should be in great shape.
