Arod is a wholly unsympathetic figure but MLB baseball is hugely hypercritical. They road the homer bonanza to refuel interest in baseball when everyone knew these guys were juiced. Now with renewed popularity they get “tough”.
You don't have to like Arod, but this suspension is a joke. He never has tested positive, except for an alleged test that wasn't supposed to be made public years ago, but gets three times the games of those who have. Case is largely based on evidence from desperate criminals. I don't see MLB going after others with alleged links (Ortiz etc.) I believe he should of got 0 but 50 at the most. This was a witch hunt, but because he is so disliked will get very few people defending him.
