    Rising to the Top 10

With 7 Duke losing to Notre Dame and OkSt losing to K St. Is an 11 point win over Texas Tech enough for us to jump 12 Florida who beat Richmond by 11, and be ranked in the Top 10 come Monday?

No...beat Baylor and win next Saturday and then I see top 10 regardless of what teams above us do.

If Oregon loses tomorrow, I could definitely see them moving into the top 10.

ISU will still be 11 or 12. Will be ahead of Louisville and Duke, will be behind Florida, could still be behind Okie St.

I think we may jump OK St. Memphis getting blown out at home doesn't help them.

Certainly deserve it. But starting the season unranked is a long journey to the top.

All that matters is punking Baylor. Keep winning and ranking will just be an afterthought.

Re: Rising to the Top 10

Doubtful. But ranked teams dropping like flies today. Memphis, Duke, Okie St, and UConn so far. Always like having other good teams lose.

But Okie st losing a game to a mid-tier team is great.

Maybe ISU will move to top 10 after Iowa wipes the floor with the Badgers tomorrow!

We aren't going to jump over Florida who won. If anything, they will move up with us. My guess is we'll be #12 or #11 at the absolute most. Wouldn't be surprised if we stayed at #13 either. Though both Notre Dame and Kansas State have good records, they're both unranked and wouldn't surprise me to see both Duke and OK State slightly come out of the top 10. Kansas State had a few other receiving votes (ranked 36th) and Notre Dame had no receiving votes. I'm sure Duke will fall out of the top 10, not sure about OK State as I'm sure some of the voters are in love with Marcus Smart and want to have his kids. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

Duke has to fall out of the top 10 with that loss.

Re: Rising to the Top 10

Should we be top 10? Probably.

Will we be? Probably not, just on the outside.

Either way, a great chance tuesday to get in and a quality road win opportunity on saturday
