Re: Nice Article on Ellis Hobbs

Hobbs is one of the few guys on the Pats that I still have respect for. Boston fans that think he doesn't have the maturity or the skills to play in the NFL are absolutely nuts and as a Falcons fan I'd gladly be willing to take him off your hands.

    Great read.

Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this.

Let's see. He holds an NFL record for a kickoff return that is excessively unlikely to ever be broken, he starts at corner for the Super Bowl fave, and by all account he's a really nice guy. Yup, sounds like a great ambassador for ISU football to me.

So when will he be ready for coaching?

Was he wearing ISU gear at the time of the interview?

I thought somebody for the Vikings broke that record in the middle of the season. It was a 109 and 3/4-yard missed field goal return for a touchdown. Can't remember who it was.

Would it be two different categories since one was a missed FG and the other was a KR?

Indeed, Ellis' return was a kickoff, while the other was a missed field goal--a much easier (relatively speaking) accomplishment.
