Who will lead the Cyclones in scoring, rebounds, assists on Friday?

I think Kane could have another crazy night and lead in two of the stat columns. I can see Niang blowing up for 30 with the way that he talks about being disappointed in last year. Should be interesting. I'm enjoying watching Melvin and Dustin fight for the king of the rebound.

    Melvin rebounds 12
    Kane asst 6
    Niang scoring 24

Re: Who will lead the Cyclones in scoring, rebounds, assists on Friday?

I really have no clue on this. That's what is so good about this team. However, I would bet Hogue leads us in rebounding. Ejim is a great rebounder too, but Hogue is out of this world. I've never seen anything like it. Maybe Rodman?

But scoring kinda depends on who Iowa tries to stop. If they put the clamps down on Ejim and Kane, I could see someone like Naz coming in and hitting a bunch of 3's to lead us in scoring. So it's really a crap shoot. Which is good.

Assists.... I could see Morris lead us in this actually. Kane might be too busy scoring himself? Again, it could be nearly anyone.

I remember getting railed for saying how good of a rebounder Hogue would be before the season started.

I think this will be Matt's signature break out game to really kick off his cyclone career.

Matt (hopefully) will be wet from beyond the arc. I can see him hitting 5+ down the suckeyes' throats.

Re: Who will lead the Cyclones in scoring, rebounds, assists on Friday?

Kane and Ejim will tie for points with 45 each.
Hogue and Edozie with 29 rebounds apiece.
Morris with 8 assists...in the first five minutes.

In all seriousness, I think Thomas and Niang will do a ton of scoring and Kane will be dishing it like it's a Thanksgiving turkey and with our strength inside, I'm taking Ejim and Hogue to lead all rebounders.
