    Mack Brown out at Texas

According to ESPN radio in Austin. If true, they'll name the next coach within a few days.

I assume it's a long shot, but I'd love for ISU to hire Major Applewhite as OC.

    Mack Brown Retiring

From Chip Brown tweet (don't know how to embed tweet).

Would this have been different had he beaten Baylor and won the Big 12?

    Just like McCarney

While on live TV, Ford used a vulgar term to describe a private part of the female anatomy, adding that he was “happily married” and “got more than enough to eat at home.”

I hope it's Saban just for entertainment value. Plus I hate Alabama fans.

Mack got a bad rap towards the end. Great guy and great coach. Best wishes to him.

So if Saban went to Texas who would be next in line for Alabama's HC job?

Wouldn't happen, but Malzahn to Alabama would have great entertainment value.

Almost win the Big 12 and lose your job. The arrogance in Texas is amazing.

Will he take a fake position in the AD's office for a year or so?

I could see Malzahn going to Texas before Saban, but that's just me.

This isn't much of a surprise really. Not a lot of people figured Mack Brown would be there next year

Now that would be the Big 12 sticking it to the SEC!
