Think Oscar Wilde when he said, "every saint has a past, every sinner has a future." But also think Neil Young: the fork in the road, light a candle. Instead of cursing the darkness, let's light a candle for where we're going. This was fantastic for the world. We are better people for having been here. It was absolutely incredible. I'm inspired. I don't know when I'll ever sleep again.
This has the potential to be a very special team. He has some help now with the rebounding with Hogue, Niang, and Kane. If the outside shooting can just pick up a little bit...could be a very good year.
-Be kind. That is something you will never regret. You will never say to yourself when you are old "I wish I was not good to that person".
He may be the best leader we have had at ISU in years. No way in years past ISU wins this game based on chemistry issues and too many guys wanting to be "the man" at this point. Thought some players were pressing too hard to start today and Ejim came in and suddenly everyone knew their role and ISU got it going. Going to be a fun ride for him this year I hope!
This x1000! I expected him to be rusty - but he was, in my estimation the best player on the floor (with NS of Mich a close second). I am so glad we had him today - I agree with another poster, we do not win this without him!
