    Michigan State vs. Kentucky

Who ya got? I think the Spartans will win this one. Kentucky probably ends up being the better team by the end of the year, but MSU has a bunch of guys who have been playing together for a while. Plus I'll take Izzo's coaching over Cal's

    Robert Morris.

This is the first time I've seen Julian Randle. That guy is put together for a freshman.

Kentucky has 4 freshman and 1 sophomore starting and are ranked #1. That is astonishing.

    They don't deserve top 5

I haven't watched too much Michigan State basketball but it seems like they're running a lot more than in previous seasons.

Why'd they reset the shot clock? MSU never had possession

At this point in the season I would agree, but they will be contending for the national championship at the end of the year.

    Re: Michigan State vs. Kentucky

I think MSU is playing well with the new handcheck rule, every perimeter guy is backed off a little bit, but they are staying in front of their guys and the game is now more free flowing because they can't grab on the perimeter or chuck the cutters

"Day after day, situation after situation you do things the right way. If you do things the right way, in life, you are going to be successful. I'm not just your football coach; I'm not just here to win games. I could not be prouder of who we are and who we are becoming, together. You do things right in the classroom, off and on the field; that's whats's makes us Cyclones and that's what our culture's all about."
