Re: KState loses to Northern Colorado at home

KSU is going to be awful this year. When you have Will Spradling and Shane Southwell as your main pieces coming back and poor recruiting from Bruce Weber you are in big big trouble. 58 points at home to Northern Colorado a team who was 13-18 last year? Ouch.

This conference is going to have 4 god awful teams this year (KSU, Texas, TCU, Texas Tech). After that I see 2 decent teams (WVU, OU), 2 good teams (Baylor, ISU), and 2 teams that are going to be really good (Kansas, OSU).

granted, k-state is not going to be very good early, with the center out, thomas gibson, and their point guard not yet eligible. next year they will be loaded with the number one juco coming in, the kid from maine who has to sit a year, a 7 footer from georgetown and everyone sans southwell back. but to start this fall, yes, state fans will have to be almost as patient as isu footballers. weber won a share of the championship his first in the league. i'm not sure what else can be expected of him. and the resemblance to the football team's bison loss are germane.

Bruce Weber isn't in the same level of coaching skills that Snyder has. So your point is moot.
