Re: Johnson taking over at Georgia Tech

It will be interesting to see his triple-option offense at a school with a deeper talent base to draw from.

Maybe. Nebraska was being pushed to talking to him, and TO passed (or ran away).

Now will Dan be a Navy man?

Re: Johnson taking over at Georgia Tech

This is a great hire. By the way, I believe he will adapt his system to fit his talent (which is what a great coach does). He was the OC at Hawaii a number of years ago and I believe they were quite prone to pass when he was there. Obviously, he used an offense at Navy that matched the skill set of the players...one that allowed him to consistently win AT NAVY!

I cheer for two teams, Iowa State and whoever is playing the hawkeyes.
