First time since 2008 we haven't been in the top 25.

Kind of like our fball team this squad is improving every match they play. I compare the @OU loss to the @KU loss last year.

I kind of thought the same thing. However, given last year's team's experience, although they were initially inconsistent like this team, their downs tended to be shorter lived and their ups were exceptional (enough to beat top ranked teams). This year, their average level of play is lower. But on the plus side, that average level of play should keep rising without a doubt all season.

Interesting how big of a hit we took in the rankings. You knew we would fall out, but we fell pretty far. Guess the voters decided we need to prove ourselves again.

I figured MU would move up. They are undefeated and playing with confidence, taking advantage of a pretty easy schedule to date.

Currently 57th in RPI. With the loss to Okie and both Kansas teams well above us in RPI, we're going to need to pick it up or we'll be in danger of not making the tourney. We have the talent, they just gotta put it together.

Wow, that 2008 Freshman team sure is missed. ISU can rally through this. Just need some momentum.
