The team dominated the 2nd and 4th sets. Most of the total stats were in ISU's favor, despite the loss. The third and fifth sets were very close, and looks like we made a couple of mistakes at the wrong times. The team had been starting matches with great first sets, and clearly did not come out strong in this one. That hurt. Still the way they dominated the 2 sets they won, ISU sure seemed like the better team, if they are not beating themselves.
Also, doesn't look like there was very good OH play today (outside of Bigbee).
Vondrak didn't play. I know she's a middle, but I'd like to see her get the chance. She brings enthusiasm and power that are sometime lacking.
