UNLV is slowly coming back to relevance

UNLV picked up a big time commit from Goodluck Okonoboh. Hope we can get Vaughn out of Sin City.

That. Is a terrible first name. Although "Sheroid" last night was pretty bad, too.

The perfect storm for them...fml. I don't have a very good feeling about Rashad. Already losing steam on Crystal ball...like that matters.

They also had the #1 pick in this past NBA draft so that helps some too.

Just like last night, and pretty much everything else good in ISU's history, I'm sure RV is setting up to be a big kick in the nuts.

As you can tell, I'm still not over the loss to Texas last night, but I don't have a great feeling about this class.

FYI, your avatar committed to Oregon the other day.

They've been relevant for a few years already, at least.

This is always relevant when talking about UNLV football (even with Sanford gone). Man, I love when he trips:

Indiana has a guy named Peter Jerkin. I would rather be named Goodluck than Peter jerkin

Re: UNLV is slowly coming back to relevance

Personally I think there's a LITTLE cheating going on, not a lot. But you don't play in a terrible conference like they do and get 5 star recruits over and over and over. The only team I can think of that does this is Memphis, but Memphis is in a better conference than UNLV

The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again. Oh... people will come Ray. People will most definitely come.
