Re: POLL: Will the Cyclones upset Texas?

    All I'm saying is there's a chance.

If we do get an upset it'll be good old fashioned power football though. Have Woody in at fullback almost all the time and just run it over and over with him lead blocking.

Absolutely we can. The match up I look forward to the most is David Irving Vs. the UT OL.

Re: POLL: Will the Cyclones upset Texas?

Considering Sam Richardson has never won a home game while at ISU Im saying no. It would be cool for his first to be against Texas though. I certainly think winning is a possible, Texas has some major problems with their team right now and I think we catch them at the right time.

Now that MBB is back, do we still have to pretend that WBB matters?

Re: POLL: Will the Cyclones upset Texas?

Young but talented is the question, Tulsa isn't very good but Neither is Iowa and Iowa state improved a lot. Texas is a big opportunity to prove that these guys are in fact talented. I think we see a great effort with a close win. To the national media it will be just more proof the big 12 isn't very good, to Cyclone fans it will be a new pitcher of kool aid to enjoy and get the hole back that something big is happening at Iowa State. For Texas fans it will be the demise of Mack Brown and a new coach. We will be doing the big 12 a huge favor by winning this game, Texas needs to be good for the big 12 to be relevant. OU can't carry this conference.

I think we can, if we do is another question. I love hating on the hawks as much as anyone but I dont think the Hawks are going to show themselves to be as bad as some on here try to make out.

Thats not on Sam...ISU has not won in JTS since switching to the new locker room. The locker room was obviously built on an ancient Indian burial ground. No doubt in my mind.
