    Big 12 Wide Open

After watching a few Big 12 games, the only games that scare me are OU and Baylor. I honestly believe if we keep improving, stay healthy, and get good OC playcalling, the others are all winnable. Thoughts?

As others have said we picked a bad year to take steps backwards.

Well, we wont see a team as bad as Tulsa until Kansas. Not sure how much measurable improvement has occurred and have no reason to believe other teams wont improve as well.

Not a single Big XII team has a single quality win. No team has proven themselves to be good. Tech and Baylor just haven't shown everyone that they are absolutely terrible like every other team has.

    Re: Big 12 Wide Open

Even if Oklahoma wins today I don't count it as a good win. This is the same Notre Dame team that had to come from behind to beat Purdue 31-24. Purdue lost 24-55 today to Northern Illinois. They also only beat a thoroughly mediocre Michigan State team 13-17. Notre Dame is not a top 25 team and wouldn't be a quality win.

Id say WV over OSU is a pretty quality win, but I still dont think WV is a bowl team.

I don't even think OU is that scary. ND sucks and OU is taking full advantage.

I'd totally disagree. That game was total garbage. It looked like 2 JV high school teams both trying their hardest to lose.

Oklahoma State was rated totally on inertia. They haven't beaten anybody either.

Clay leads No. 16 Oklahoma past West Virginia 16-7

In another game that was total garbage.

I still think OSU is pretty good. I have a feeling they went into todays game not a bit concerned, and it came back to bite them.

    Re: Big 12 Wide Open

If we had beaten Iowa that would have been the best OOC win for the Big XII this year, by a mile. That's how un-proven everyone is. Tech and Baylor might be good, they haven't been exposed like everyone else has. But every other team is garbage. It is just a question of where we fall on the garbage pile.

Oh come on. A win over Iowa does not come close to a win at Nortre Dame

It would, but the OU/ND game is not over yet.

Wes Lunt anyone? I think Walsh's best game was against us last year.
