    What was the deal with Brun?

    I thought he just had leg cramps against UNI, but CPR said that he was unable to practice until this week.

    I once woke up with a cramp in my leg and it was sore for days. I'm no B12 receiver, but it would have kept me from wanting to practice

    Supposedly back in camp he suffered full body cramps, and it has caused him to suffer continuing cramping issues.

    I've been so dehydrated to the point of passing out before but I have never, not even once, experienced a cramp. Is that weird?

    Very scary when it happens. I saw an OL have this during 2 a days one year, he had to sit in a tub of ice (that in and of itself would suck).

    A calf cramp feels like I want to chop my own leg off, I can't imagine a whole body cramp.

    I had it happen to me once during two a days in high school. I finally got it to where I could move normally, but any time I tried to get into the set position, bending my leg caused it to instantly cramp again. Don't know if this was his situation, but every time I would try to bend my leg, even running, the cramp would kick in full force and I'd have to hit the ground to stretch it out. it was impossible to practice for about two days.

    Very weird... I used to hydrate a lot in high school football, and I still would get the worst cramps I've ever had after the occasional practice or especially after games... I get them very rarely now, but when I do it'll be my calf and it'll end up literally being sore for a few days afterwards, with a much easier tendency to cramp in those couple days.

    May be having back spasms. It's worse than it sounds, and it's like having a constantly cramping muscle. Not as intense but really painful.

    Brun is an energetic guy on the sideline. Maybe he didn't give himself enough muscle rest on the sideline during the UNI game when it was so hot.
