    Your Football Coaching Experience

I am just curious what everyone on this site has for football coaching experience.

I have none. Which doesn't mean I don't have a right to an opinion etc or have no knowledge or the sport (that isn't the point of my poll). I just thought it would be interesting to know everyone's experience.

I helped with my son's 5th and 6th grade teams, but it was pretty much limited to holding blocking pads and dummies.

I don't think you're supposed to call the kids dummies anymore.

    Re: Your Football Coaching Experience

Might want to add "no experience" as an option.

Remember, you're unique. Just like everyone else.

Until further notice, the Big 12 tournament is best. There's an experience here. Not just the teams -- the feel, the vibe, the establishments. Iowa State not only won the pregame -- filling the nearby Power & Light District -- it won the whole damn scene.

I have no experience at all, which makes it pretty scary that I can see when isu is running a stupid play before it get blown.

I've simmed games and recruited to a national title at ISU on NCAA '13.

Good call. Where do I find how to do that? I didn't see it under the options.

Also add coaching from your couch at home, watching the game on TV, eating pizza.

I've got lots of that experience

    Re: Your Football Coaching Experience

When I was in high school some girls told me they learned about football from listening to me yell. That has to count for something.

    Re: Your Football Coaching Experience

My brother coached junior high and offensive coordinator for high school team for about 35 years and I listened to him yell and kick things when they lost, does that count for anything?
