I'll say the 70's, I'd go with the 60's but Vietnam seemed like a bummer.

The '20s. I always wanted to meet a real flapper and I am a fan of the idea of drinking some truly, truly awful spirts.

This decade. Have you seen what the girls are wearing, and just how stupid they are these days?

Re: Friday OT - Which decade?

    I'd say 60's or 70's.

Sex, Drugs, Rock and Roll brotha.

20's out- draft and Prohibition- NO THANKS
    30's out- Depression, NOPE
    40's out- Draft, NAH
50's meh - Just didn't seem exciting from my POV
    60's and 70's- see above
80's- was born then... I bet 95-100% of people regret the majority of the 80's.
90's- maybe would have been cool to be a 20 something in the dotcom era
    00's- BEEN THERE, DONE THAT
    '10's- DITTO

Regardless of how old I would be, I've always wished I could have experienced baseball in the 50's. I've said it before and I'll say it again: if the Dodgers were still in Brooklyn, I'd be their biggest fan.

The previous decade. Loved the new technology from the era but before Twitter and Instagram exploded and made every stupid thing you've ever done part of the public archives forever.

The 80s when in fact I really was in my 20s.

Agree completely. The 80's were awesome, especially at ISU. Veishea in the early to mid 80's was unbelievable!

To be all sappy I'd say the 80's to spend more time with family. Losing your grandparents sucks and I miss them a lot.

Re: Friday OT - Which decade?

I am 34 years old and I would say this decade because if I were to be in my 20's in a decade in the 1900's or earlier I would be a lot older or dead now.

Re: Friday OT - Which decade?

Late 70s into the 80s...the 60s have a lot of appeal but it was such a transition period from the 50s into what became the 70s! And the Vietnam War would be a big detraction from wanting to be of service age in that era. 80s were pretty much free and easy...with a lot of good music...and some really bad 1-hit wonders (Taco comes to mind...)!
