Is 1460 streamed online anywhere, or on tune in radio or iheart radio? I'd love to listen, but out of the listening area.

    1-10 panic mode for me.

Wish it was lower but so much stuff looked bad last week. Hope to see a brand new looking team that if full of **** and vinegar for the Iowa game next week.

That being said we have never pulled off 4 wins in the BigXII under Rhoads yet, gonna be tough to hit the bowl game mark this year.

I'll download the podcast later tonight.

Off topic, I HATE how AM stations get a crappy signal at night

My pickup cannot get any Local AM stations at night, but my God does Canadian CBW come in great outta Winnipeg.

“They're very, very hard to guard,” Notre Dame head coach Mike Brey said. “They're really good. And with Niang in the middle kind of wheeling and all those guys spreading you out, they're kind of a nightmare matchup. And they're men. They're really men.”

Interestingly, AM stations come in crappy because they travel too far...most AM licenses require a reduction of power after dark. Apparently the Canuks either don't do it, or don't enforce it.

It is weird, we used to pick up a San Antonio AM station when I was growing up in my Dad's old 1982 Dodge Ram. We would listen to Spurs games. (only had 3 channels growing up.

Re: Need to blow off some steam?

Those far away stations are allowed to broadcast at full power after sunset/before sunrise. Everyone else has to reduce power and those other stations come in clear. These channels are often known as "clear channel" stations, that are allowed to operate at high power without interference from other stations at night. I believe that 1040 WHO is a "clear channel" station, but I am not certain of that.

1040 always comes in well for me. It's just annoying when I want to listen to KXNO or 1700 at night
