    Access To Coaches

A friend of mine, and huge Kansas fan, recently joined other KU supporters for a personal dinner with Bill Self; access was limited to a few who could pay top dollar (couple thousands) and all questions could be asked over the course of the couple hours.

I had asked him to present some topics, which he complied, but here is the short version replies:
    + Johnson definitely charged Niang.
+ despite the two miraculous finishes, Self said they left no doubt with the third game
+ both KU and ISU are in on R Vaughn and KU has offers to 5-6 others who are higher ranked

My question: any of you Clones get the same privilege ? Do the coaches get a large cut of the money as a perk , or must it be routed through the Athletic Dept ?

    Re: Access To Coaches

I would guess our coaches are generally a lot more accessible than Bill Self.

More likable, at least. And dreamier in one instance.

Remember, you're unique. Just like everyone else.

    Re: Access To Coaches

Yeah, it seems as though Iowa State coaches are much more accessible. I still think Bill Self is a dick.

How many of the top 6 players (that are higher than Vaughn) are uncommitted. I doubt Kansas is in on all of them.

I find it doubtful that Self admitted that they charged against us in the game.

    Re: Access To Coaches

I really hope OSU wins the conference this year to stop Kansas' run. Even though 4 of their "championships" were actually shared with another team.

Saying anything else would have made him look like an absolute idiot.
