    Is A&M the new villain?

Would love to hear what others think about this:

Manziel has made A&M the new villain | Fox News

Manziel has embraced the black hat, and Texas A&M might as well do it too, because that train has already left College Station. Texas A&M is the new Miami -- irreverent, villainous and independent as hell. It's all so very American, so very Texan, so gloriously rock 'n' roll.

Can they be a villian if they never amount to anything more that 3rd or 4th best in a conference?

Johnny Football's wild ride I think is going to have a derailing when he gets rolled over by the tide in a couple of weeks. Saban has had what, 10-11 months to gameplan for this game?

I'm finding myself rooting for Johnny Football. He should have faked autograph the football when he scored and just dropped the football and walked away.

    Hate away haters.

For some odd reason, I agree with you. Love me some Johnny Football

I am with Joe Flacco on this one. The more people bash him, the more I like him.

Don't really like Bama or Manziel. The only sad thing is that someone has to win that game.

With as much as the NCAA has screwed us, I kind of enjoy him giving the NCAA the finger.

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong.

I saw the highlights yesterday of his "antics." I'm sure there will be a few defenders this year looking at putting a little extra on a hit.

Guy's a rich ******. Given everything as a child. Given everything now. No consequences. I hate the Tide but I hope they destroy him. I wouldn't feel bad at all.

Re: Is A&M the new villain?

"Texas A&M is the villain now, at least for as long as Manziel is the quarterback. But it's not just him anymore. Manziel was just one of six Texas A&M starters suspended for part of the season opener against Rice. One of the punished Aggies, defensive back Deshazor Everett, got into the game just long enough to get ejected for a comically late hit in the second half. Another Aggie, Daeshon Hall, got tossed for throwing a punch."

    Stay classy.

Being the new Miami would require some championships.

    No kidding.

I just have this image in my head of A&M, Michigan State and Cal or something walking around in a backstage segment of WWE Raw or something with T-shirts that say "The New Villians."
