Richardson 30 yard pass to Bundrage who breaks one open for the TD. OLine gives Sammy all day to throw and James White plows through the line for a 2-point conversion.

Set the tone for the season, Coach! ISU is taking no prisoners.

Handoff to White for sure. No way we start the season with either a risk of an injured QB or an incomplete pass.

If we had a QB that had never taken a college snap sure. Get out of here with your tentative play calling.

Re: First offensive play of the season?

Bundrange fumbles the kickoff and we cover it up at the 1 yard line. SBR lines up under center and likes what he sees in UNI D, calls a hot route, takes the snap, 7 step drop, hits QB on the fly at the 45 yard line for a 99 yard TD. Fans rush the field, tear down the goal post, and hit Farley repeatedly in the head with them.

“They're very, very hard to guard,” Notre Dame head coach Mike Brey said. “They're really good. And with Niang in the middle kind of wheeling and all those guys spreading you out, they're kind of a nightmare matchup. And they're men. They're really men.”

Okay. Then fake the handoff to White and then hit Brun as he crosses over a middle that has emptied out to stop the run.

Richardson to Bundrage on a go route. Bundrage takes it for the touchdown.
