Cyclone TV on a Tablet or IPAD

Im going to be traveling this weekend, and was wondering if anyone had watched a game on Cyclone TV on a tablet or IPAD before and how hard it was to do so.

    Thanks in advance

Re: Cyclone TV on a Tablet or IPAD

I watched a few early bball games on my Android tablet last season. The app wouldn't work so had to go through the web to watch it and it didn't work that great since it was flash based.

Not sure about apple products though.....

I haven't watched a live game on an iPad, but I have done the radio broadcasts on the iPad. It worked really well. Just download the app (it's a dollar or something like that), pay for Cyclones.tv, log in and you're set.

The archived game videos and other videos work great as well. Can't speak for live video, only live audio.

I don't know anything about the Ipad app, but I can watch Cyclones.TV on my Android tablet without any issues.

Ive used the iPad app. Works pretty good. Its not difficult to do. If you are traveling though, you may be limited through your hotel internet speed.

Re: Cyclone TV on a Tablet or IPAD

If you are trying to watch live video it won't work on an iPad because the iPad doesn't support Flash. If you are using an android tablet it'll just depend whether it supports Flash.

It'll work fine for live audio and for archived stuff though.

If you want to test it out try to watch something live this week (like the press conference going on right now) and see if you can get it to work.

Video streams through the app if you have the premium access.

You use the Cyclones.TV app for iPad.

I've watched live games on it...works well for what it is, IMO...a near HD streaming web football game on a small screen. Don't expect it to be in time, and sometimes the audio lags/advances and you'll have to refresh the feed. If you think about how far we've actually come...it is AWESOME!

Has anyone tried to watch Cyclones.tv from the PS3's browser? That browser is slow sometimes, so I don't know how it would work.

I've never had any issues watching bball games if you have decent Internet speed on my iPad. . Sometimes the audio may be a bit behind but other than that it works well for what it is.

I'm ending my self-imposed one-week ban early for good behavior.

Has anyone tried cyclones.tv with the new Google Chromecast? Basically a wireless interface between your device and your TV. Plugs into HDMI port. Only $35.

I've watched BB games on my iPad using the Cyclones App, has worked well.

Even better, I stream it to my TV using Apple TV. No complaints so far.

The iPad app works great. It shows the live events and you tap on it to play. Cake.
