    Fball TV schedule...

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't every ISU game guarantee to be on TV with new contract now? Just wondering. I know in years past we've had maybe 3-5 games not on TV but now I believe it's every game correct? I would think if not on fox or abc then cyclone tv gets the rights.

I know the UNI game is on cyclone tv. That's not what I was asking. I was asking if ALL Isu games are now guaranteed to be on TV due to new tv contract.

There is no guarantee that a non conference road game will be on TV. Road games outside of the Big 12 conference are not governed by the Big 12 television contract.

You asked if ALL ISU games would be on TV. The UNI game will not be(except for the few that have mediacom).

    Re: Fball TV schedule...

I guess we'll all find out if that's a fact this year....but I do believe all Conference games are guaranteed to be on tv. Doesn't cover non-conference games. Iowa will most likely always be on some type of tv - Big 10 network when in IC, something more accessible when in Ames.

Other non-con will be cyclones.tv most likely or Thursday night ESPN is my best guess.

Which means it is on TV. So why are you trying to split hairs and then jump on other people for doing the same?

I don't consider it being on TV if 99% of the country can't watch it on TV. I was just trying to clarify. I'm now done.

    Re: Fball TV schedule...

Football - Schedule - Iowa State University Athletics Official Web Site - www.CYCLONES.com - The home of Iowa State Cyclone Sports The team schedule page on Cyclones.com has the TV listing for the games as they are announced. Right now, UNI is on Cyclones.tv, Iowa and Tulsa are on FOX Sports 1 and Texas is on ESPN. As I understand the new contract, all of ISU's home or conference games should at least be broadcast on one of the regional FOX networks if it's not picked up nationally on ABC/ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU.

No, keep going. I find this rather entertaining. And I'm not being sarcastic.
And FTR, I can see both sides of the arguement. And luckily I am coming back for the UNI game, so I don't have to watch it on the internet.
