Packers followed by my Vikings with Bears and Lion fighting to stay out of the cellar. That said, if it is true that a picture is worth a thousand words, I'll switch the order and put the Pack last: NFC North intimidation factor | Funny Wall Photos

Yeahhh...after a couple weeks I think it's going to be a little more clear. Packers Bears Lions - possibly Vikings - will fight for 3rd, but will probably blow it like they always do...tough year if you are a Cyclones, Vikings, Cubs fan!!!

    Bengals-Packers, Bears-Steelers, I think will tell us a lot.

Chicago looks like a sleeper for the division crown as long as they can keep Forte on the field. He's getting a heavier workload than any other running back in the league not named LeSean McCoy right now. But Cutler looks fairly comfortbale in Trestman's offense, and the defense is opportunistic as always. I still think the Packers are the favorites. The Vikes are going nowhere with Ponder as the starter at QB, and the Lions will be competitive but until they dump Schwartz they're stuck finding new and exciting ways to lose each week.

Looks like the main given is that the Lions will finish last. Jim Schwartz is as good as gone. The entire team plays completely undisciplined and they manage to find ways to lose. I still think the Packers finish 1st but as of now I gotta put the Bears 2nd. I don't see the Vikings having a year like they had last year.

I think the Vikings are doing their best right now to prove you wrong.

The Vikings will finish with a better record than the Lions. I've still got the Lions finishing last in the division. The Vikes could be 1-1 right now so to think they can't win is inaccurate. And the Bears are a decent team. I would have loved to get one on the road against them. The Vikings need to bounce back and beat the Browns and Steelers which should be very doable.

So are Greg Schiano, Ron Rivera and maybe everybody in the NFC East-and that's just in the NFC.

The Vikings' next three games are against the Browns, Steelers, and Panthers with no true road games - two at home and one in London. I think MIN is 3-2 going into Monday Night Football against the Giants on Oct. 21.

Re: NFL: Predictions on NFC North this year??

If Cutler stops turning the ball over the Bears can be very good. We kept the Vikings in it with his fumble returned for six, and an inexplicable INT in the endzone. I'll put the Bears in the Playoffs with a wild card, and a good team, but not ready to compete for Superbowls.

It's the Packers Division to lose. Detroit and MN could miss the playoffs.

Monday Night, November 4th will be what tells us a lot, IMO. Winner of that game wins the division. I would put my mortgage on the Packers.

Re: NFL: Predictions on NFC North this year??

After two weeks (how I think they will finish):

    1. Packers - Aaron Rodgers is a pretty good QB.
    2. Bears - Cutler is playing pretty consistently (for now) and is enjoying having Martellus Bennet as another WR option.
    3. Vikings - They have great talent on both sides of the ball, but Ponder and that O-Line have some real issues. Injuries haven't helped them either. (P.S. - new uniforms suck)
    4. Lions - They're playing pretty well right now, but if for any reason Reggie Bush goes down, it's the same ol' Lions.
