Re: Report: Former USF WR is in Ames. Will he commit?

It sucks that he'd have to sit out a year, but oh well. Any infusion of talent into the program is a good one--especially if he already has a connection with Richardson.

"There's always some guy that knows what the hell's going on. I get a kick out of how much of an authority these guys are, who have never been to my practices. That amazes me, how they can tell me what's wrong with my team. And I must really be dumb, because I'm there every day and goddamn I have a hard time figuring it out sometimes."-Johnny Orr

Looks like he played as a true frosh and would be able to redshirt and play as a Rs Soph next year?

Should he sign with the good guys (please, let this happen), would we have a scholarship for this semester beings DA Williams did not qualify academically?

I was wondering the same thing. After he sits out would he have 2 years left or 3?

Re: Report: Former USF WR is in Ames. Will he commit?

The depth we COULD have at receiver is looking good suddenly.

I am imagining that Lazard, Montgomery, and Bundrage are all outside-the-hashes-type WRs, meaning in a lot of formations, one might not be on the field? That's sort of a nice situation to have. And that's not even mentioning Quan West, Dondre Daley, etc!

His offer list out of HS is like a Who's Who of college teams! Makes you wonder why OSU never offered. Looks like a hell of a get! Love to see him in Cardinal & Gold next year!!!!!!

Does anyone know if the injuries that ruined his freshman season are lingering and what they were? Im excited to have him here but wonder if he isnt the same guy he use to be.

Went to Firefox to get on here, the other guy is a mess.
Chris, whatever it takes, and is allowed by the NCAA, find a way to keep this kid in town.
This young man is another piece of the puzzle, and the pieces are getting bigger and better every day.
