Re: Friday OT - Favorite childhood movies

How is it even possible that nobody here has mentioned the first Jurassic Park movie yet?
    +1 for Land before Time
Christmas Vacation (Didn't matter what season it was outside)
This might be a little off topic here but a friend and I used to rent old Wrestlemaina VHS tapes from the local video store...and they were awesome.
Again off topic - Does anyone else remember when Hulk Hogan made an appearance on Baywatch?

I love threads like these that remind me of the movies I watched as a kid but almost forgot like Cloak & Dagger and Flight of the Navigator

I feel like I gave the video store about 80% of their business renting out some of those old tapes. I'm sure I rented each Wrestlemania at least 3 times and then the random "Super Matches" tapes that they had.

Re: Friday OT - Favorite childhood movies

Silence of the Lambs................ok, I'm kidding about that. Although I did actually watch it at a fairly young age, I never really understood the movie until later on in life.

    In no particular order:

    - Sandlot - it's a timeless classic.
    - Aladdin - I probably watch it every day for a month or two at some point.
    - Free Willy - before the sexual innuendo in the title took over.
    - Ghostbusters I and II - I swear I owned every action figure known to man.
    - Jurassic Park - because a guy getting eaten alive on the crapper just screams "...funny".

I was never a huge Disney movie fan, but I do remember loving The Rescuers and The Fox and the Hound. When I got a little older I loved Home Alone.
